Notice is hereby given that the AGM of the Gravesend Regatta Society will be held on Monday 23rd January 2022 at 19:30 in the Council Chamber, Civic Centre  Gravesend DA12 1AU to conduct the following business:

1. Welcome address by the President 
2. Confirm and approve minutes of the  previous AGM 
3. Annual statement of accounts 
4. Retirement and re-election of trustees and the election of new trustees
5. Trustees Annual Report
6. Discuss any matter with the permission of the chair
